Yoga/Movement
I currently only teach private yoga lessons. I’m also available for private group classes at home or at your work/school.
My style is a mix of vinyasa flow & ashtanga based on my years studying with Ana Forrest.
I also offer Movement Classes based on Tai Chi, Qi-Gong exercises as well as some dance influenced movement and martial arts. The aim of these classes it to have FUN and to find new relationships with movement and your body.
